Communication in corporate setting are essential skills for every individual thriving in a multi-cultural and highly diverse environment.  Cultural barriers and personal stereotypes are common culprits that block effective communication. Breaking these barriers through self-awareness and  social sensitivity can significantly improve your way of life. This course enables participants to significantly broaden and strengthen their inter-personal skills to improve their personal leadership effectiveness.

The overall objective of this course is to enable participants to significantly broaden and strengthen their strategic transformational mindset, inter personal skills so that they can improve their personal leadership effectiveness, wherever its current level. The course will enable participants to develop greater self awareness and access powerful tools for increasing personal impact on the stakeholders with whom they come into contact team members, managers, peers, clients and other professional contacts. By developing greater self-awareness and accessing powerful tools, participants will increase their personal impact on key stakeholders: team members, managers, peers, and clients.


The ability to confidently communicate and contribute in the workplace, discuss with clients, conduct meetings and debates, and persuade people to your point of view, is an essential tool for those in the business environment and international working parties. This bespoke training enables you and your team mates to develop communication skills through discussion, role-plays, presentations, self-assessment, group work, language analysis and frequent group/individual feedback.
